How can I make a reservation?
Reservation can be made either by online on this website or by telephone +33644895561
Phone booking from 07:00 to 22:00 (7am till 10pm)
Please provide the following details for telephone reservations:
- Name of the airport
- Time of arrival/departure
- Flight Number
- Name of the airline
- Name of the passenger(s)
How do I pay for my transfer?
All the payment can be made via pay pal account or cash on arrival to the driver.

Our on line booking form is fully secure, as all payments are handled by PayPal
How far in advance do I have to reserve?
We recommend you book at least 24hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
For any cancellation made by the client the following cancellation fees will apply:
The day before the transfer the overall price of 50%
The day of the transfer: no refund.
How do I find you at the airport?
A1 TRANSFERS/driver will be at the exit gate of the arrival terminal with your name written signboard. Or before collecting your bags, please call us: +33644895561 an agent will give you the meeting point with your driver.
Why do I need to call if I have already pre-booked?
It is important that you call us so we know you have arrived. It is also useful in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim. So we can make sure the driver doesn’t leave without you. Remember to call before collecting your luggage.
The driver can then make His way to meet you whilst you pick up your bags.
What are your opening hours?
Our telephone reservation service is open every day of the year from 07:00 until 22:00.
The arrival & departure pick up service is available 24 hour a day, on a year round basis.
What if the office is closed when I arrive?
if the office is closed when you call, please follow the instruction in the recorded message or on your voucher to find your driver.
Your driver will be waiting for you at meeting point.
What if my flight is delayed?
We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time we will try our best to provide your transportation.
But cannot guarantee this will be possible.
How do I know what time you will pick me up to go the airport?
Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick up passengers 3 hours before scheduled flight time.
However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or Flight time.
Where are your pick up drop off points?
We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your destination address in Paris. On departure, we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves.
What airports do you serve?
We serve Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY), and Beauvais Tillé and La Bourget airports (BVA).
Do you operate outside Paris?
Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please contact us for a quote if your destination has a Zip/ post code that doesn’t start with 75.
How long does it take to get from the airport and vice-versa?
The journey time depend on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is approximately one hour but may vary.
How many luggages can I have in the vehicle?
You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one items of hand luggage free of charge. For any unusual luggage, we may ask you a supplement.

Please note that you are responsible for fitting of your child in the seat.
What if I don’t speak French?
Don’t worry, all our drivers and agents speak both French and English?
