Conditions of carriage for A1 TRANSFER clients & their baggage between pre-determined destinations we at this moment A1 TRANSFER is the carrier reserves the right to alter & modify their terms & conditions of travel at any time. The French law governs applicable law These General Conditions and all the operations made through this website: if a dispute happened, the Paris Court would be competent, without regard to any other.
Terms & conditions disclaimer
All clients must abide by the terms & conditions of the carrier. Failure to do so will render the clients’ rights to compensation, refunds, and alternative or replacement services invalid, null & void. These terms & conditions must read & agreed “upon“ Before the client purchases the carrier services. All customers using the carrier’s service must be in possession of a printout confirmation voucher of their reservation. Whether the customer does not have a confirmation printout, the carrier reserves the right to refuse travel or demand payment of full fare, at the rates advertised on the carrier’s website, before allowing the use of the carrier’s service. No insurance for cancellation or assistance included in the prices mentioned on the website. Each customer has to check he/she has the appropriate documents for his journey.
Pre-reservation can only use the carrier service. The carrier bound by the French transport law of 11/2/1986 article 5 which states that the carrier must be in possession of a clear manifest indicating clearly the names & destinations of the carrier clients. The reservation itself will only accept if the request is compatible with the booking restrictions imposed by the carrier. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of reservation is correct & valid. A reservation request should not be considered as being accepted or confirmed until the client has received a confirmation e-mail from the carrier. The prices indicated on this website are in Euros and include all taxes unless otherwise stated. The carrier will send confirmation by e-mail this voucher has to be printed as a proof of purchase, and must be presented to the service provider carrier Transfers between 10.00 pm (22.00 h) and 5.00 am 20% will be added to the total amount. All these prices are taxes included.
The service provided by the carrier is available to the client providing that the following conditions & restrictions are met & adhered to; clients using Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. The arrival service is available between 5:00 am & 23:00 pm daily on a year-round basis.Our phone lines are open from 07: 00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday. For online reservations and phone bookings 7:00 am to 22:00 pm, please provide the following (for reservations)

The departure pick-up service is available between 5:00 am & 23:00 pm daily on a year-round basis. For clients using Orly airport, the arrival service is available between 5.00 am & 23:00 pm daily on a year-round basis. The carrier can only pick up & drop off inside the French boundaries. In the event of availability accept the request upon payment of a supplementary sum determined by & payable to the carrier. This amount is variable depending upon the time of day and transfer, location & distance of the request.
Bookings amendments/Refunds & cancellations
All complaints seeking restitution and compensation must write; e-mail sent to the carrier. firstname.lastname@example.org. These will investigate, and a decision will be taken within 28 days of the reception of the complaint. Until the claim has been thoroughly investigated the carrier will accept no liability. All amendments will carried out free of charge but must also be made at least two days in advance of transfer pick-up/arrival time. The carrier will do its utmost to accommodate the client’s amended request however the carrier reserves the right to refuse any amendment. Any order can be cancelled (or altered) only by sending a request to the carrier to the following address email@example.com Any alteration should be requested, wherever possible, at least, two days before the day of the transfers. For any cancellation made by the client, the following cancellation fees will be applied: The carrier will refund the 20€ guarantee for the customer shall the latter cancel, at least, two days before the transfers; the carrier envisages no refund shall the client cancel the day of the assignment.
Please note that making any order or booking on this website means an unreserved and irrevocable agreement to the present terms and conditions consequently. All purchases of the carrier service provided by the carrier are guaranteed. The client must print out his / her confirmation of transfer voucher, at the time of reservation & hand this to the carrier, if requested, at the time of transfers. The client must ensure that he and she have sufficient print out vouchers for the number of transfers required. Whether the customer does not have his / her confirmation printout voucher, the client must pay the usual full price directly to the carrier. The Prices are calculated with the distance, time of travel and amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration.
The client’s private & personal data will be used solely by the carrier and will not be passed on to any third party except governmental & law enforcement authorities should they make such a request.
The client must follow the arrival Charles De Gaulle, Orly, and Beauvais tillé airports and all departure transfers from Paris hotels, Disneyland Paris system of the carrier. The carrier/driver will be at the exit gate of the arrival terminal with your name written signboard. The arrival procedure is always explicitly stated within the reservation confirmation sent by the carrier to the client; if there is any problem, please contact us; Tel: + 3361817070. The client will then directed to a pre–determined meeting point where they will meet the carrier/drivers.
The carrier will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of the carrier after this time the carrier will attempt to transfer the new arrival client but undertake no responsibility if this is not possible. The carrier is not liable for any additional costs that a late arrival may cause the customer.
Carrier driver will come to the hotel, resident, lobby or at your departure address. Please stay in the hotel location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a carrier that has not booked for you. Clients must call/email the carrier at least 24 hours before their departure from Paris to reconfirm their pick-up time. Clients using the carrier services to return to the airport must adhere to the pick-up time provided by the carrier which will always be a minimum of 3 hours before the flight departure. If the client does not adhere to the pick-up time, the carrier will wait for a maximum of five minutes before departing from the customer’s address. After this time, the carrier is no longer responsible for the transfer of the client and reserves the right not to refund the client. At no point is the carrier in charge of any client that misses a flight, train, meeting, rendezvous connection.
Strikes & demonstrations
The carrier is not responsible for any delays, missed flights, connections and additional costs to the client incurred by strikes, industrial action & demonstrations that may take place both in France & throughout the world. During these times, the carrier reserves the right to alter reservation confirmation pick up times as they may deem appropriate. On board safety
All clients are required to respect local laws & regulations by French traffic law all customers must, therefore, wear seatbelts at all times while aboard the carrier vehicle. The carrier and driver reserve the right to refuse any clients that may be deemed unfit or unsuitable to travel. Any customer asked to leave the carriers vehicle at the driver’s request or denied boarding of the carriers vehicle will not be able to claim any refund & the carrier will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client.
The carrier does not provide children places, Clients that bring their child seats must take full responsibility for the fitting of the seat & the subsequent safety of the children therein. Will be charged the full adult fare.
The client may take one medium / regular sized piece of luggage & one item of hand luggage free of charge. The carrier and driver reserve the right to demand a supplement payment for any additional items. In the event the, there is insufficient space to take any other items the carrier reserves the right to refuse the client from travelling. A full Payment for additional items may obtain from the clients.
Our vehicles can accommodate up to 1-8 passengers highly maintained non-smoking equipped with air condition and tinted glassed. In extreme circumstances the carrier reserves the right to replace its regular vehicles with alternative means of transport; taxis, cars, alternative minivan operators, which may or may not display the carrier’s livery. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable
Clients informed that all vehicles supplied by the carrier were non-smoking.
